HEGGEL® Fix Produkte sind Reparaturspachtel, die im Allgemeinen zur Reparatur von beschädigten Geräten, gummierten und emaillierten Behältern und zur Füllung von Oberflächenfehlern der mit HEGGEL Corr Produkten beschichteten Objekte Anwendung finden.
HEGGEL Fix Spachtel haften ausgezeichnet auf verschiedensten Untergründen, und zeichnen sich aus durch hohe Abriebbeständigkeit sowie besonders glatte Oberfläche, wodurch Fluidströmungen verbessert und Schlammbildung reduziert werden.
HEGGEL®️ Fix 811
2-component corrosion-resistant high-tech repair putty
HEGGEL Fix 811 is an advanced repairing mortar derived from a novel technology that combines, on a molecular level, both organic and inorganic molecules to provide a thermally stable highly crosslinked structure. It offers superior broad range chemical resistance from sub ambient to elevated temperatures in excess of 225°C, after only an ambient cure.
HEGGEL Fix 811 is especially suitable as repairing mortar for damaged hard/soft rubber lined tanks, vessels, ducts and also HEGGEL Corr 210, HEGGEL Corr 211 and HEGGEL Corr 212 coated tanks. The cured mortar has excellent adhesive strength to various substrates and also offers high sliding abrasion resistance coupled with a very smooth finish that enhances fluid flow and prevents sludge build up. HEGGEL Fix 811 can be steam cleaned at temperatures exceeding 225°C (437°F).

2-C High-Tech Repairing Mortar
HEGGEL Fix 818 is an advanced repairing mortar derived from a novel technology that combines, on a molecular level, both organic and inorganic molecules to provide a thermally stable highly crosslinked structure. It offers superior broad range chemical resistance from sub ambient to elevated temperatures in excess of 190°C, after only an ambient cure. HEGGEL Fix 818 is especially suitable as repairing mortar for damaged hard/soft rubber lined tanks, vessels, ducts and also HEGGEL Corr 210, HEGGEL Corr 211 and HEGGEL Corr 212 coated tanks. The cured mortar has excellent adhesive strength to various substrates and also offers high sliding abrasion resistance coupled with a very smooth finish that enhances fluid flow and prevents sludge build up. HEGGEL Fix 818 can be steam cleaned at temperatures exceeding 190°C (374°F).

It offers superior broad range chemical resistance from sub ambient to elevated temperatures in excess of 200°C, after only an ambient cure. HEGGEL Fix 822 is especially suitable as repairing mortar for damaged hard/soft rubber lined tanks, vessels, ducts and also HEGGEL Corr 210, HEGGEL Corr 211 and HEGGEL Corr 212 coated tanks. The cured mortar has excellent sliding abrasion resistance coupled with a very smooth finish that enhances fluid flow and prevents sludge build up.

Super Abrasion Resistance Repair Composite
HEGGEL Fix 830 is a hand applied coating specifically designed for providing very high abrasion resistance to areas suffering erosion and wear damage from impacting particles and especially resistant to fine particle abrasion. Can be applied up to a DFT of 15 mm.
Characteristics:
- Ultimate wear resistant engineering grade repair composite.
- Specially designed to repair and rebuild machinery and equipment suffering from severe wear and erosion damage.
- Easy application due to extended pot life with short hardening and service time.
- Self-priming bonding tenaciously to steel, stainless steel, cast iron, copper, bronze, aluminium, alloys and concrete.;

HEGGEL®️ Fix 831
High Abrasion Metal-buildings Repair Filler
HEGGEL Fix 831 is a hand applied coating specifically designed for providing very high abrasion resistance to areas suffering erosion and wear damage from impacting particles and especially resistant to fine particle abrasion. Can be applied up to a DFT of 15 mm in a single coat. Top coat with HEGGEL Corr 250, HEGGEL Corr 210, HEGGEL Corr 260 or HEGGEL Fix 830 depending upon final service conditions.

HEGGEL Fix 833 is a hand applied coating specifically designed for providing very high abrasion, impact and cavitation resistance to areas suffering flow erosion and wear damage from impacting particles - especially resistant to fine and coarse particle abrasion. HEGGEL Fix 833 is a single layer coating, curing rapidly to provide an extremely smooth highly abrasion resistance finish. It is Ideal for repair and rebuilding old damaged components.
