HEGGEL® FRP sind glasfaserverstärkte Laminatbeschichtungen, die sowohl auf Stahl- als auch auf Betonoberflächen aufgetragen werden können und für chemisch und mechanisch beanspruchte Bereiche geeignet sind.

HEGGEL FRP Laminatbeschichtungen werden zur Abdichtung von Auffangwannen und Auffangräumen aus Stahlbeton, innerhalb von Gebäuden und im Freien bei der Lagerung von Flüssigkeiten eingesetzt.

HEGGEL FRP Laminatbeschichtungen sind nach ihrer Harz-Basis unterteilt. Dazu gehören Vinylester-, Furan-, Phenol- und Epoxidharzsysteme, die in Abhängigkeit der jeweiligen Prozessbedingungen eingesetzt werden

HEGGEL®️  FRP 310

Glass Mat Reinforced Lining System

HEGGEL FRP 310 is a yellow-brown, approx. 3 mm thick glass mat reinforced lining system based on an epoxy resin.

Characteristics:

  • Direct adhering primer on steel and concrete surfaces
  • Excellent chemical resistance
  • High temperature resistance up to +160°C (dry)

HEGGEL®️  FRP 320

Glass Mat Reinforced Phenol Lining System

HEGGEL FRP 320 is a black, approx. 3 mm thick; glass mat reinforced lining system based on a phenol resin. HEGGEL FRP 320 is electrically conductive by using a hybrid mat.

Characteristics:

  • Excellent chemical resistance, especially against acids and solvents
  • High temperature resistance up to 100°C (dry)
  • Electrically conductive

HEGGEL®️  FRP 321

Glass Mat Reinforced Phenol Lining System

HEGGEL FRP 321 is a black, approx. 3 mm thick; glass mat reinforced lining system based on a phenol resin. HEGGEL FRP 321 is electrically conductive by using a hybrid mat.

Characteristics:

  • Excellent chemical resistance, especially against acids and solvents
  • High temperature resistance up to +90°C (dry)
  • Electrically conductive

HEGGEL®️  FRP 330

Glass Mat Reinforced Furan Lining System

HEGGEL FRP 330 is a black, approx. 2-3 mm thick; glass mat reinforced lining system based on a furan resin.

Characteristics:

  • Universal chemical resistance, especially against acids and solvents
  • High temperature resistance up to +100°C (dry)
  • Electrically conductive adjustable
  • Very good storage stability

HEGGEL®️  FRP 333

Glass Mat Reinforced Furan Lining System

HEGGEL FRP 333 is a black, approx. 3 mm thick; glass mat reinforced lining system based on a furan resin. HEGGEL FRP 333 is electrically conductive by using a hybrid mat.

Characteristics:

  • Universal chemical resistance, especially against acids and solvents
  • High temperature resistance up to +100°C (dry)
  • Electrically conductive adjustable
  • Very good storage stability

HEGGEL®️  FRP 340

Glass Mat Reinforced Vinyl Ester Lining System

HEGGEL FRP 340 is an approx. 3 mm thick; glass mat reinforced lining system based on a Bisphenol-A epoxy vinyl ester resin, that provides outstanding resistance to a broad range of acids and alkalis, as well as a variety of solvents widely used across many industries. The coating system consists of a primer applied by trowel, a laminate layer and a top coat.

Characteristics:

  • Conveniently workable, well drying in the air
  • Temperature resistance on steel up to +100°C
  • Excellent chemical resistance against acids, alkalis, solvents and particularly oxidizing substances
  • Crack-bridging properties
  • Excellent adhesion to concrete surfaces
  • Very good mechanical properties
  • High toughness due to high elongation at break
  • Highly flexibility for handling and storage thanks to the longer shelf life

HEGGEL®️  FRP 341

Glass Mat Reinforced Vinyl Ester Lining System

HEGGEL FRP 341 is an approx. 3 mm thick; glass mat reinforced lining system based on a Bisphenol-A epoxy vinyl ester resin, that provides outstanding resistance to a broad range of acids and alkalis, oxidizing agents, as well as a variety of solvents widely used across many industries. The lining system consists of a primer applied by trowel, a laminate layer and a top coat.

Characteristics:

  • Conveniently workable due to lower viscosity
  • Temperature resistance on steel up to +100°C
  • Excellent chemical resistance against acids, alkalis, solvents and particularly oxidizing substances
  • Crack-bridging properties
  • Excellent adhesion to substrates of all kind
  • High tensile and flexural strength
  • High toughness due to high elongation at break
  • Highly flexibility for handling and storage thanks to the longer shelf life

HEGGEL®️  FRP 343

Laminatsystem auf Basis von Novolac Vinyl-Ester

HEGGEL FRP 343 ist ein ca. 3 mm dickes; glasmattenverstärktes Auskleidungssystem auf Basis eines Novolac-Vinylesterharzes. Das Beschichtungssystem besteht aus einer spachtelbaren Grundierung, einer Laminatschicht und optional einer Deckbeschichtung.
