HEGGEL Coat bezeichnet hochleistungfähige innovative Korrosionsschutzbeschichtungen mit hervorragender chemischer Beständigkeit und exzellenter mechanischer Abrieb-festigkeit. Diese aussergewöhnlichen Eigenschaften werden durch Einbindung von Mikro- und Nanopartikeln in eine hochmoderne Harzmatrix erzeugt.

HEGGEL Coat Systeme schützen verschiedenste Oberflächen wie z.B. Stahl, Edelstahl, Aluminium, Beton, GFK, etc. gegen unterschiedlichste Prozessbedingungen. Unsere lösungsmittelfreien Beschichtungen härten bei Umgebungstemperaturen schnell aus, sind in einer einzigen Anwendung leicht zu verarbeiten und benötigen weder Grundierung noch Voranstrich.

HEGGEL Coat lässt sich direkt im Airless-Spritzverfahren verarbeiten und baut eine ausgezeichnete Haftung zum Untergrund auf.

HEGGEL®️  Coat 101

2-C-EP-protective coating, AWWA C210-15 approved

HEGGEL Coat 101 is a high-performance coating which is especially suitable as corrosion protection for structural steel works, pipelines and concrete surfaces of any kind, for example in the chemical industry, water treatment industry, petrochemical industry, mining, ship building etc. HEGGEL Coat 101 is non-saponifiable high abrasion resistant coating, offering excellent chemicals resistance, in particular in the alkaline range and good resistance to thaw and de-icing salt. This product is approved for AWWA C210-15, "Liquid-Epoxy Coating Systems for the Interior and Exterior of Steel Water Pipelines".

HEGGEL®️  Coat 102

2-C- surface tolerant ceramic filled epoxy coating

HEGGEL Coat 102 is a surface tolerant two component ceramic composite epoxy coating providing outstanding corrosion protection to a variety of metal, fiberglass, reinforced plastic and concrete substrates. Due to a special hardener system the product provides high viscosity.

HEGGEL®️  Coat 104

2-C-Aluminium Mastic Primer/Coating

HEGGEL Coat 104 is a 2-component anti-corrosive aluminium mastic primer/coating, based on special epoxy resins and a modified phenalkamine curing agent. Application possible at high relative humidity, resistant to abrasion, chemical impact and water immersion (in compliance with NORSOK M-501).

2-C-EP-protective coating for drinking water applications

HEGGEL Coat 105 is a 2-component special composite coating containing silanized high-tech micro-particle reinforcement, based on an ultra-modern A-resin and hardener base especially designed for drinking water applications. HEGGEL Coat 105 increases the diffusion barrier and thus the corrosion protection and weather resistance, due to its high-quality corrosion protective pigments and inhibitors.

HEGGEL®️  Coat 106

2-C-Corrsoion resistant coating based on epoxy

High-Performance Corrosion Protection Coating

HEGGEL Coat 111 is a two-component epoxy coating, comprising micro-ceramic particles within a cutting-edge Novolac-resin base, exhibiting outstanding corrosion protection properties. HEGGEL Coat 111 is a cost-effective coating solution with superior abrasion resistance, specifically designed to protect steel structures from corrosion-induced deterioration. Application of HEGGEL Coat 111 can be done through airless spray equipment, allowing for a high-build, single-coat application. However, multiple applications are also possible. Its unique formulation eliminates the need for a primer, though an epoxy zinc primer can be applied if necessary. For manual applications, the specially formulated HEGGEL Coat 122 is recommended, which is optimized for hand application.

HEGGEL Coat 112 is a 2-component ultra-high solids epoxy amine engineered specifically for immersion service in ballast tanks, oil tanks, and refi ned fuel storage tanks. The high build, edge-retentive properties of HEGGEL Coat 112 provide superior protection compared to conventional epoxies.

HEGGEL®️  Coat 114

2-C-Epoxy-based corrosion protection coating

HEGGEL Coat 114 is a 2-component high-solids advanced epoxy-based flow coating, cured by polyamine. HEGGEL Coat 114 provides superior corrosion protection properties to a wide variety of substrates in aggressive environments. It is highly resistant in wet sour gas conditions at different temperature ranges, while demonstrating excellent durability up to 120°C in dry sweet gas services.

HEGGEL®️  Coat 115

2-C- Ultra modern Novolac-based protective coating

HEGGEL Coat 115 is a 2-component special composite coating containing micro-ceramic particles, based on an ultra-modern Novolac-resin base, providing chemical resistance, corrosion and abrasion protection to a wide variety of substrates in extremely aggressive environments at elevated temperatures.

Advanced Corrosion Protection Coating

HEGGEL Coat 118 is a versatile two-component epoxy coating that delivers exceptional performance for both internal and external applications. With micro-ceramic particles and an advanced resin base, it offers reliable corrosion protection for steel structures. Cost-effective and easy to apply using airless spray equipment, HEGGEL Coat 118 eliminates the need for a primer, though it can be used with an epoxy zinc primer if necessary. Its durability and resistance make it an ideal choice for protecting surfaces against corrosive agents and environmental factors.

HEGGEL®️  Coat 122

2-C-EP-corrosion protection

HEGGEL Coat 122 is an innovative, economical, abrasion resistant coating which is especially suitable as corrosion protection of steel constructions for hydraulic engineering. Due to the very good corrosion protection properties HEGGEL Coat 122 is suitable for large-scale applications in atmospheric corrosion protection. HEGGEL Coat 122 must be applied by using brush, roller or airless spray equipment (optional with a flow heater); multiple application is recommended to achieve a high dry film thickness.

Advanced Novolac-Based Protective Coating

HEGGEL Coat 123 is a 2-component superior protective coating based on an advanced Novolac-resin, reinforced with micro-ceramic particles. HEGGEL Coat 123 offers exceptional corrosion and abrasion protection for diverse substrates in highly aggressive high-temperature environments.

HEGGEL®️  Coat 141

2-C-EP-coating for steel constructions

HEGGEL Coat 141 is designed for use as high performance chemical and abrasion resistant coating and offers excellent anticorrosion properties combined with good resistance to aggressive, flammable and non-flammable liquids and chemicals. HEGGEL Coat 141 must be applied by using airless spray equipment with a flow heater and is suitable as an electrically conductive lining of steel tanks, containers and pipes at the chemical industry.

HEGGEL®️  Coat 151

2-C-PU-Spray Coating

HEGGEL Coat 151 is a polyurethane spray coating which is resistant to acids and alkalis. The coating can be used as protection against corrosion, also as a lining for storage containers and tanks that contain dangerous liquids, A III, heating oil EL and diesel oil. It may also be used for the protection of battery trays / racks. HEGGEL Coat 151 cures at temperatures + 5°C. HEGGEL Coat 151 if sprayed in multiple passes on vertical surfaces, it can be built up to a considerable thickness. HEGGEL Coat 151 has a high resistance to abrasion, and is also suitable for use in wastewater treatment plants.

HEGGEL Coat 190 is an economical, weatherproof, coloured topcoat which is especially suitable as protection against weather conditions and aggressive atmospheric influences. Due to the special acrylate polymer combination it is possible to achieve abrasion resistant surfaces which are easy to clean. HEGGEL Coat 190 is suitable for use as topcoat on most surfaces / coating systems for steel and concrete (we recommend to apply a test area) where a durable, weather resistant finish is required. Apply HEGGEL Coat 190 by using brush, roller or airless spray equipment.

HEGGEL Coat 191 is an economical, weatherproof, protective and coloured topcoat which is especially suitable as protection of steel constructions for hydraulic engineering and offshore constructions. It protects surfaces against aggressive influences from the atmosphere with self-cleaning properties up to a certain extent. Due to the special acrylate polymer combination it is possible to achieve abrasion resistant surfaces which are easy to clean. HEGGEL Coat 191 is suitable for use as topcoat on most surfaces (we recommend to apply a test area) where a durable, weather - resistant finish is required.

HEGGEL®️  Coat 192

2-C UV-resistant Polyurethane Topcoat

HEGGEL Coat 192 is a two-component polyurethane-based topcoat with long-term UV resistance and high weatherability. Due to the highly crosslinked polyurethane structure, HEGGEL Coat 192 features excellent physical properties and exceptional color stability.
