HEGGEL® Mortars

HEGGEL® Mortars Produkte sind säure- und laugenbeständige Kitte, die im Säurebau und der Prozessindustrie hauptsächlich zum Verlegen und Verfugen von Platten, Steinen und Formteilen aus Keramik oder Kohlenstoff eingesetzt werden, um chemisch, thermisch und mechanisch widerstandsfähige Beläge und Schutzauskleidungen herzustellen.

HEGGEL Mortars Produkte zeichnen sich besonders aus durch ihre impermeable Struktur und ihr großes Spektrum an chemischer Beständigkeit gegenüber Säuren, Laugen und Kohlenwasserstoffen.

HEGGEL Mortars umfasst ein vielseitiges Produktangebot mit unter-schiedlichen Bindemitteln wie z.B. Furan-, Kaliumsilikat-, Phenol-, Vinylester- und Epoxidharzen, die jeweils ein bestimmtes Spektrum an mechanischer und chemischer Beständigkeit abdecken.

HEGGEL®️  EP 610

Temperature-resistant 2-component epoxy resin mortar

HEGGEL Mortar EP 610 is suitable for laying and jointing of wear protection materials or for levelling of uneven substrates. HEGGEL Mortar EP can be applied to both stainless steel and concrete substrates.

Characteristics:

  • Resilient at higher temperatures
  • Temperature resistance up to +150°C (steel substrates)

HEGGEL®️  EP 611

Epoxy resin based wear resistant filler system

HEGGEL EP 611 is a highly wear resistant filler system with hard material fillers based on an epoxy resin.

Characteristics:

  • Short curing time
  • Highly wear resistant
  • Joint less
  • Overhead application possible
  • Layer thicknesses from 5 mm up to 40 mm
  • Temperature resistance up to +150°C (steel substrates)

HEGGEL®️  PL 620

2-C-phenol resin mortar with carbon fillers

HEGGEL PL 620 is a black, two-component, cold curing synthetic mortar based on a modified phenol resin with carbon fillers.

Characteristics:

  • Excellent adhesion to ceramic and carbon bricks
  • Extremely high chemical resistance, especially to acids, solvents and weak oxidizing chemicals
  • The hardened mortar conducts electricity
  • Suitable for linings, where a pre-stressing must be achieved

HEGGEL®️  PL 621

2-C-phenol resin mortar with carbon fillers

HEGGEL PL 621 is a black, two-component, cold curing synthetic mortar based on a modified phenol resin with carbon fillers.

Characteristics:

  • Excellent adhesion to ceramic and carbon bricks
  • Extremely high chemical resistance, especially to acids and solvents
  • The hardened mortar is electrical conductive
  • HEGGEL PL 621 SOLUTION does not separate water during storage
  • Very good application because of dust free fillers

HEGGEL®️  FU 630

Two-Component Furan Resin Mortar

HEGGEL FU 630 is a black, two-component, cold curing synthetic mortar based on a furan resin with mineral fillers.

Characteristics:

  • Very high mechanical load capacity
  • Outstanding chemical resistance, especially against solvents and other organic compounds
  • High temperature resistance

HEGGEL®️  FU 631

2-C-furan resin mortar with carbon fillers

HEGGEL FU 631 is two-component, cold curing synthetic resin mortar, based on a furan resin with carbon fillers. The cured, silicate-free resin mortar is electrically dissipating.

Characteristics:

  • Very high mechanical load capacity
  • Outstanding chemical resistance, especially against hydrofluoric acid, strong lye, solvents and other organic compounds
  • High temperature resistance

HEGGEL®️  FU 632

2-C-furan resin mortar with carbon fillers

HEGGEL FU 632 is a black, two-component, cold curing synthetic resin mortar, based on a modified furan resin with carbon fillers.

Characteristics:

  • The hardened mortar is electric conductive
  • High chemical resistance against acids, alkalis and certain solvents
  • High temperature resistance
  • Lower shrinkage then other furan resins
  • Low odour
  • Long shelf life even at higher temperatures, therefore also suitable in tropic regions

HEGGEL®️  VE 640

2-C-vinyl ester resin mortar

HEGGEL VE 640 is a two-component, cold curing synthetic resin mortar, based on a Novolac vinyl ester resin with mineral fillers

Characteristics:

  • Very good mechanical resistance
  • Very good chemical resistance, especially against oxidizing media, as well as many organic compounds
  • Fast curing

HEGGEL®️  VE 641

3-C-cold curing vinyl ester resin mortar

HEGGEL VE 641 is a black, three-component, cold curing synthetic resin mortar, based on a Novolac vinyl ester resin with carbon fillers.

Characteristics:

  • Very good chemical resistance, especially against oxidizing agents / acids (chlorine bleach, nitric acid), alkalis and solvents
  • Very good mechanical resistance
  • Fast curing
  • Electrically conductive

HEGGEL®️  SP 660

2-C-halogen free potassium silicate mortar

HEGGEL SP 660 is a two-component, halogen-free, bedding and jointing mortar based on potassium silicate.

Characteristics:

  • Halogen-Free, containing no Fluoride
  • Extremely high resistance against acids
  • Temperature Resistance up to +900°C

HEGGEL®️  SP 661

High thermal resistance potassium silicate mortar

HEGGEL SP 662 is a halogen free potassium silicate mortar, which has been specially designed to be used by spraying (similar to sprayed concrete). HEGGEL SP 662 is a compact system which includes a specially formulated hardener, which by mixing with water, chemically reacts to harden.

Characteristics:

  • Halogen free containing no fluorides
  • Extremely high acid resistance
  • Temperature Resistance to +900°C
  • Very good bonding strength to steel
  • Nearly the same coefficient of expansion as steel

HEGGEL®️  SP 662

Halogen free potassium silicate mortar

HEGGEL SP 661 is a potassium silicate mortar with corresponding chemical but higher thermal resistance compared to conventional potassium silicate mortars.

Characteristics:

  • Hardening at room temperature therefore self-supporting brickwork, even before sintering
  • Fast sintering, which prevents the mortar flowing out of the joints
  • Temperature Resistance up to +1400°C
  • The expansion coefficient is similar to ceramic bricks

HEGGEL®️  SP 664

Halogen-Free Sodium Silicate Mortar

HEGGEL SP 664 is a halogen-free Sodium Silicate mortar, which in order to be applied only needs to be mixed with water; which chemically reacts with the powder to harden. The Hardener and Binder are included in the powder.

Halogen Free Sodium Silicate Mortar

HEGGEL SP 665 is a grey, halogen free sodium silicate mortar, which by mixing with water, chemically reacts to harden. The hardener and binder are included in the powder.

HEGGEL®️  EP 671

3-C, black, cold curing epoxy based mortar

HEGGEL EP 671 is a black, three-component, cold curing synthetic mortar based on an epoxy resin with very good resistance against abrasive loads.

Characteristics:

  • Excellent adhesion to concrete and ceramic
  • Good chemical resistance
  • Nearly shrinkage-free curing

HEGGEL®️  EP 672

3-C- Cold Curing Epoxy Mortar

HEGGEL EP 672 is a three-component, cold curing synthetic mortar based on epoxy resin and depending on the application with different fillers.

HEGGEL®️  EP 673

3-C-cold curing mortar

HEGGEL EP 673 is a three-component, cold curing synthetic mortar based on epoxy resin and depending on the application with different fillers.

Characteristics:

  • Excellent adhesion to concrete and ceramic
  • Good chemical resistance
  • Nearly shrinkage-free curing

HEGGEL®️  EP 674

3-Komponenten-Kaltvergütungsmörtel grau

HEGGEL EP 674 ist ein grauer, dreikomponentiger, kalthärtender Kunstmörtel auf Basis eines Epoxidharzes und je nach Anwendungsfall mit unterschiedlichen Füllstoffen. HEGGEL EP 674 eignet sich als Bettungs- und Fugenmörtel für Fliesen, Ziegel und Formteile aus Keramik zum Aufbau einer chemisch, thermisch und mechanisch beständigen Beschichtung oder Auskleidung. Durch seine dichte Beschaffenheit und gute Verträglichkeit mit dem Beton kann oft auf eine spezielle Dichtungsschicht verzichtet werden. Die keramischen Platten können mit HEGGEL EP 674 im Zweibettverfahren direkt auf den Betonuntergrund (auf die aufgebrachte Grundierung) gebettet werden. Darüber hinaus kann HEGGEL EP 674 auf zementären Untergründen als Füll- und Ausgleichsmörtel mit den Schichtdicken von 2 bis 5 mm sowie einer dünnen HEGGEL EP 674-Schutzschicht (Schichtdicke von ca. 0,3 - 0,7 mm) eingesetzt werden.
